A complete remodel can include cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting and professional installation. Your exact proposal documents the included work, selections and allowances so you can review one clear project plan before construction begins.
When does demolition begin?
Our goal is to finalize the design, confirm major selections and verify material availability before opening your kitchen. Planning these details first helps reduce avoidable downtime, although inspections, concealed conditions and backordered materials can still affect the schedule.
How long will the kitchen remodel take?
The schedule depends on the kitchen size, project scope, layout changes, permits, inspections and material lead times. We separate preconstruction planning from the in-home construction period and explain the expected schedule after the scope and selections are confirmed.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
When permits are required for the contracted scope, the proposal identifies who will prepare and coordinate them. Structural, plumbing and electrical requirements are reviewed before construction so the responsibilities are clear.
What happens if something unexpected is found?
We document the condition, explain the available options and provide a written change order for your approval before extra work proceeds, except when immediate action is necessary to make the site safe.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
Often, yes. During preconstruction, we discuss access, working hours, floor protection, dust control, daily cleanup and a temporary-kitchen plan so you understand what daily life may look like while the work is underway.
